대한영양제처방학회가 출범한지 3년이 되었습니다. 코로나-19를 거치면서 맞춤식영양제에 대한 수요는 증가하였고 이에 따라 영양제에 대한 남용또한 늘어났습니다. 대한영양제처방학회는 2019년 " 영양제처방가이드"라는 책을 출간하면서 "식품분석전문가"라는 민간자격증을 도입하여 건강기능식품종사자를 위한 교육을 통해 국민건강보호차원에서 무분별한 선택과 남용을 바로잡기위해 앞장서고 있었습니다. 또한 대한영양제처방학회/한국건강기능식품처방학회에서 식품의약품안전처 주도의 2025년 1월 건식소분판매실로 인한 각종 이슈에 따른 건강기능식품에 대한 옳바른 복용과 더불어 남용을 막기위해 의학계, 약학계, 식품영양학계 학자를 중심으로 학문적연대를 통해 " 건강기능식품처방가이드"를 8월 초순 출간을 하였습니다. 이책은 질환별 성분별에 따른 각 건강기능식품의 효용성을 메타분석논문을 기반으로 분류한 우리나라 최초의 건강기능식품의 교과서로서 손색이 없을 정도로 많은 내용을 담고 있어 많은 건강기능식품관련종사자들에게 도움을 줄 것이라 기대가 됩니다. 2025년 내년 ODA 규모 8.5%↑

[ 메디채널 황정호 기자 ] 정부는 26일 국제개발협력위원회에서 내년 ODA 규모를 올해 대비 5343억 원(8.5%) 증가한 6조 7972억 원 규모로 편성하고 예산안 반영을 요구하기로 의결했다. 총 사업수는 1976에서 1936개로 줄이지만 양자 무상 ODA 분야에서 사업당 평균 금액은 18억 8000만 원에서 22억 3000만 원으로 확대하는 등 내실있는 사업편성에 집중한다. 정부는 ODA 규모 확대와 내실화로 글로벌 중추국가로서 책임과 역할을 다할 계획으로, 인도적 지원 및 기후위기 대응 등 글로벌 현안 중심으로 2025년도 사업계획을 확대 편성했다. 한편 'ODA(Official Development Assistance)'는 개발도상국의 경제발전,사회발전,복지증진 등을 주목적으로 하는 원조로, 공적개발원조 또는 정부개발원조를 의미한다. 윤석열 정부는 글로벌 중추국가로서 역할과 책임을 다하고자 그동안 꾸준히 ODA 규모를 확대해 왔다. 앞으로도 관행적,저성과 사업은 과감히 구조조정하여 대형 사업 중심으로 재원을 집중함으로써 사업 효과성을 높이고, 국조실-외교부간 전략적 인사교류 등 부처간 협업을 통해 성과 창출을 위해 노력해 나갈 계획이다. 한덕수 국
