上海 2025年7月8日 -- 曾经的医院内部绿地变成如今开放的市民公园。7月8日，位于静安区北京西路1320号的中国医药工业研究总院附属绿地（现为上海和睦家静安院区）—— 雷士德花园正式向市民开放共享。这片承载着近百年历史的绿地，"打开"围墙走向公众，为广大市民提供了一个触手可及的绿色空间。这片绿地的前身是始建于20世纪30年代的雷士德医学院，这里曾是医学探索与创新的圣地。静安区秉承"绿色、开放、共享"理念，以"开放共享、历史风貌延续与绿色可持续"为目标，采用"微改造、精提升"策略，拆除围墙、贯通慢行步道、增设无障碍设施、优化植物配置、融入历史展陈。1526平方米的花园历时3个月完成了"微改造、精提升" —— 拆除了原有的物理围墙，贯通了内部慢行步道，并增设了无障碍设施。花园主入口，打造了精致水景及花境，设置了历史展台，市民游客可在此饱览雷士德历史建筑全貌；南侧水景潺潺，疗愈心灵，设有林下休憩空间。园内保留了现状长势良好的枫杨、银杏、广玉兰、雪松等多棵具有历史感的大树，它们既是延续场所精神的容器，也提供了安静怡人的氛围。漫步其中，雷士德医学院的历史脉络与文化符号被巧妙地融入景观细节之中，从铺装纹样到景观小品、休憩座椅

한식진흥원, 한식 인재 육성과 전문성 강화에 박차

[ 메디채널 관리자 기자 ] 농림축산식품부와 한식진흥원이 한식 영셰프를 육성하기 위한 '2024년 찾아가는 한식 특강 및 견학 프로그램' 추진에 나섰다. 이번 특강은 지난 11일 배화여자대학교 조리학과 K-푸드전공 학생들을 대상으로 한국바이에른 식육학교에서 진행됐다. 이론 수업에서는 돼지고기의 유통 및 가공 등 식육처리에 관한 과정을 소개했으며, 실습형 수업을 통해 참여 학생 전원이 돼지고기 발골의 전 과정을 학습하는 시간을 가졌다. 돈육의 부위별 정형방법과 활용에 대해 이해하며 한식의 품질을 높이는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 기술임을 배웠다. 참가자들은 실습 위주의 교육과 현장 견학을 통해 한식 영셰프가 되기 위한 실전 경험을 쌓을 수 있었다며 큰 만족감을 나타냈다. 전해웅 한식진흥원 사무총장은 '한식 인재를 적극적으로 육성하고 이들의 역량강화와 전문지식 확장을 지원하고자 이번 특강을 마련했다'며 '앞으로도 한식 산업 발전의 중요한 동력이라 할 수 있는 한식 인재의 전문성을 기를 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 아끼지 않을 것'이라고 말했다. 민주열사 정신 기리는 ‘2024 민주화운동기념공원 합동추모제’ 열려

[ 메디채널 관리자 기자 ] 민주화운동기념사업회(이사장 이재오, 이하 사업회)가 10월 12일(토) '열사, 민주를 이어가다'를 주제로 '2024 민주화운동기념공원 합동추모제'를 개최했다. 합동추모제는 공원에 안장된 민주열사를 추모하기 위해 2022년 10월부터 개최하고 있으며, 2023년 사업회가 민주화운동기념공원(이하 민주공원)의 위탁 관리를 맡은 이후 두 번째로 주최했다. 민주공원에는 62명의 민주화운동가가 안장돼 있다. 노태우 정권 시기 학원자주화와 군사정권 타도를 외치다 전투경찰이 휘두른 쇠파이프에 운명한 강경대 열사, 노태우 정권 퇴진을 위한 범국민대회에 참가했다가 강제 진압에 의해 희생된 김귀정 열사 등 민주화운동을 위해 헌신한 열사들을 추모하고 그 정신을 이어받기 위해 해마다 합동추모제를 개최하고 있다. 이날 행사에는 유가족 및 민주인사, 일반 시민 등 150여 명이 참석했으며, 헌화와 분향, 추모사 및 답사, 안장 열사에 대한 소개, 추모 공연 순으로 진행됐다. 추모 공연으로 국악 밴드 '三청'과 경기민요 아티스트 송소희의
